I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was ideal - right on the promenade, close to all the tourist attractions in the center of town. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great sea view and a comfy bed. The basic amenities were all in place, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious sausages for breakfast at 9.20am.

Everything was very clean, accommodating staff, unbeatable location close enough to a magnificent coast line and centre and the main tourist attractions using the tram. Budget units on the third floor, liked it.
Views appeared to be unpleasant.

All in all our stay was great, nothing too much trouble. We loved staying in a royal building. It was fairly clean here, the staff were funny. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an electronic key card, television and a seating area were a nice touch.

Hotel was fairly clean and in a lovely area just off a tram stop and a promenade and the centre. Staff was brilliant and immensely pleasant all the time. It was cosy, the room was functional and had a very comfy bed. They served great food for breakfast, which was exceptional.
